Our single baby loon is rapidly growing. It's now a "teenager" and looks more like the adult loons each day. The one picture shows it still staying close to it's mother and the other picture is the "guard" loon, as we call it, that stays close to us as we photograph. The "guard" loon, is no doubt the other parent and it will get so close to you that you get an uneasy feeling and soon leave the area.
