Winter has definitely arrived. Loon Lake is about 75% iced over but the ice is very thin and unsafe. We have about 6 inches of snow on the ground. The water levels are about average for this time of year and there is still a lot of water draining from the lake - we've had a wet fall season. Highways are excellent. Gregory Lane is plowed to the Gregory/Moccasin interchange and Moccasin Trail is plowed to it's end. The Loon Lake road is Municipal and is plowed by the Municipality.
