On this last day of 2007, here's a photo showing something not seen at our home before. The picture shows the depth of snow beside our boathouse and at the bottom of the "snow hole" there is running water. This water is flowing from the swamp area behind our property into Loon Lake. Water doesn't normally start to flow until late spring !
I wonder if this situation is related somehow to Climate Change ?
