Art in the River

Here's a picture of one of the last pieces of attractive stump-artwork in our river !

What is also unusual in this picture is the high water level we have in the middle of September. This past week, the water came up enough to float docks and rafts pulled up on beaches.

But there's still water flowing under the culvert and there were four logs in the dam on the weekend. So the water level will eventually go down !
