My High Speed Solution for Loon Lake

Not knowing any schedule or any dates for the implementation of High Speed Internet in our immediate area, I decided to move forward and get a High Speed service on my own! Both of the major providers for our area market a USB-type stick that plugs into your laptop to connect you to a wireless service provided from cell towers in the area. Both services connect to what is called a 3G wireless network. Both offer different "packages" you can purchase and both have different coverage areas. I chose to go with the Rogers system, and got what is called a "Rocket Stick". The high speed service provided by Rogers and their "Rocket Stick" can only be described as FANTASTIC !
