Evidence of Moose Activity

Here's some pictures taken just after the returning moose were spotted last week. They had been feeding in this particular area, as the photos of broken bushes, stripped bark and fresh scat display. In fact, the first hint of moose was heard in the snapping of the one large bush. This particular bush is a little over one inch in diameter and the break is five feet above the ground - giving a good idea of the height of the moose!
