Bell Canada has been very busy over the past few weeks installing the infrastructure for Hi-Speed Internet along Highway 118 from Haliburton to Loon Lake and beyond. Fibre Optic cable is being run and booster stations are being placed. Technicians are busy connecting it all together, and I was told today by one of the technicians [no promises] that it should be up and running by year end. This seems to be in step with Bell’s schedule to have it up and running by 2013. Finally !
