I've added a link to the Ministry of Transportation's portal for winter road conditions. We are in the Northeastern sector of the Province, on Highway 118. The link is in the "Useful Info" sidebar. Once on the MTO website, you an go to the graphical interface or read plain text. I find the graphical interface excellent as the different colours tell the various road conditions at a glance.
