Santa arrived at about 1:30 this afternoon! The Wilberforce parade is the last in our immediate neighborhood. It's usually very cold and can be quite snowy. And today was no exception at -15 degC with squalls. A real great parade with 16 floats and lots of goodies handed out ....including Christmas cake!
