This Bald Eagle flew over our home this afternoon around 2:00 PM and perched on a tree top at Second Point. We've seen them in the area before, mostly during the winter months when they are busy feeding on deer carcasses left from road accidents or wolf attacks.
While they are listed as not normally found in this area, we are observing them with increasing frequency.
