I had heard rumours about a baby loon on the lake, but I can't report it until I actually see the loon. Well, today, two parents and a chick swam right by our dock while we were eating lunch.
The traditional nesting areas revealed no signs of nesting this year.
If you have seen loons frequenting any location on the lake this year, please provide me with some information.
