Around Loon Lake - October 5, 2015

I've posted the results of the final 2015 e-Coli testing under the "Useful Info" sidebar.

Our lake water levels have arrived at the historical low level. Our beach is now at an unbelievable width, exceeding what we've seen in quite a few years. The waves were actually breaking over the shoal in front of our home over the past few days. Here's a screen shot of the Trent Severn Waterway water level at our dam:

Finally, with some luck, there may be some good Fall colour this coming Thanksgiving weekend. There's not a lot now and many of the leaves have gone directly to their golden colour.
