Around Loon Lake - January 28/16

It's that time of winter when the fishing lures are fixed or tuned-up! And a good pastime when the weather's nasty outside.

There's been a change since last week is that the lake is now a slushy mess with open holes through the surface of the ice. 

Not to walk upon!

The roads around the lake are good with some patchy ice on the Gregory Lane.

Snow depth on the ground is less because of warmer weather and some rain.

And we've seen some deer on our shore!
