Around Loon Lake

We're more into Winter now. There is 17" [45 cm] of snow on the lake and in the bush. There is quite a bit of slush on the lake. Snow on roofs is about 7" [18cm] with about three times that on north facing roof slopes. The roads on both sides of the lake are well plowed. There have been trucks at the government landing since that road [ past the Municipal plowing limit ] is being kept cleared by a local resident. The Gregory Lane is plowed to just past Beaver Valley and the parking lot between the highway and the culvert is being kept well plowed .
