This has always been our winter bird feeding station. Until recently! This winter we’ve seen days where two or three black squirrels will travel down for breakfast from the high ridge behind us. But this morning, and perhaps because of the warmer weather, we had seven visitors. All quite healthy and with beautiful black coats ! They stayed for a couple of hours and then ventured back into the bush for the day. Tomorrow morning could be quite interesting as the word gets out…..
