Fall's here ! Night time temperatures now drop to 5 deg C and there seems to be a constant North wind. Every morning there's fog on the lake as heat is lost for the coming winter.
This tree, on the Gregory Land causeway has been the first tree to turn colour and lose it's leaves every year - for as long as I can remember.
There's quite a bit of colour starting and my guess is that most of it will be gone by Thanksgiving. So if you can get a chance before then, come on up and see Loon Lake at it's best !
